Plain scope: Streamlists is an independent content-operations brand. The private Studio is not a public SaaS service and has no public registration. The Arcade is publicly playable in a browser.
1. About Streamlists and these terms
Streamlists comprises the private content-operations workspace (“Studio”), this public information site, and the public browser games (“Arcade”). These terms apply when you access any of them. Studio access is limited to the operator and anyone expressly authorised by the operator.
2. Private Studio access
You must not attempt to access the Studio unless authorised. Authorised users must protect credentials, private links, connected-account sessions and devices, and must not share access without permission. Access may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
3. Content rights and licence
You keep ownership of content provided to the Studio. You grant Streamlists only the limited permission needed to store, process, format, review, schedule and distribute that content as instructed. You are responsible for holding all licences, releases and permissions required for video, images, music, captions, trade marks and other material.
4. Review and operator responsibility
The authorised operator remains responsible for reviewing content, accuracy, rights, disclosures, audience, timing, destination and settings before distribution, and for complying with applicable advertising, consumer, privacy, intellectual-property and platform rules.
5. Connected publishing platforms
Where configured and authorised, the Studio may connect to TikTok, Zernio, or other publishing platforms to upload or distribute approved content and retrieve status information. A named connection is not necessarily enabled at all times. Each third-party platform is independent, applies its own terms and technical limits, and may delay, reject, alter, restrict or remove content. No platform sponsors or endorses Streamlists.
6. Authorisation and revocation
Connections may use OAuth or comparable authorisation. The operator can revoke a connection in the relevant platform’s account settings or request disconnection through the secure contact form. Revocation stops future access once effective but does not remove content already published; that content must be managed on the destination platform.
7. Arcade licence and scores
The Arcade is provided for personal recreation. Its original code, visual design and non-user content remain Streamlists intellectual property. You may play the games through this site but may not copy, extract, sell or misrepresent them as your own. Arcade high scores are optional, stay in browser localStorage on that device and can be cleared from the Arcade. Clearing site data also removes them.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use Streamlists to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or unauthorised material; bypass access controls or platform limits; probe security; introduce malicious code; interfere with operation; automate abusive traffic; connect an account without permission; or resell or provide the private Studio to another party.
9. Availability
Streamlists is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change or stop, and maintenance, browser behaviour or third-party systems may cause interruptions. Plans and scheduled times are intentions, not guarantees. Arcade performance may vary by device.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the extent permitted by law, Streamlists is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, content or settings approved by an authorised user, loss of locally stored Arcade scores, or indirect or consequential loss arising from availability or use.
11. Suspension, termination and data
Access may be suspended or ended to protect security, comply with law or platform requirements, respond to misuse, or discontinue Streamlists. After Studio access ends, connections should be revoked and retained data is handled under the Privacy Notice. Provisions intended to survive termination, including rights, responsibility and liability terms, continue.
12. Governing law
These terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law allows a claim elsewhere. This wording is general information about the project’s terms and is not legal advice.
13. Changes and contact
