Private tool: Streamlists Studio is not offered for public registration. Access is limited to the operator and any person the operator expressly authorises.
1. About these terms
Streamlists Studio (the “Service”) is a private content preparation, review, scheduling, and publishing tool operated by TECHAV (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, an authorised user agrees to these Terms of Use. If you are not authorised, you must not attempt to access the Service.
2. Private authorised access
The Service has no public sign-up or third-party customer access. Credentials, private links, connected-account sessions, and access devices must be kept secure. Access may not be shared or delegated without the operator’s express approval.
3. Content rights
The operator retains ownership of content submitted to or prepared in the Service. The operator grants us only the limited permission needed to host, process, format, schedule, transmit, and publish that content as instructed through the Service. The operator must hold all rights, licences, releases, and permissions needed for each video, image, sound, caption, trade mark, and other element.
4. Operator responsibility
The authorised operator is responsible for reviewing content, captions, disclosures, targeting, timing, account selection, and publishing settings before approval. The operator is also responsible for legal compliance, including advertising, intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection, and platform requirements that apply to the content.
5. TikTok terms and connected services
Use of TikTok through the Service remains subject to TikTok’s own terms, policies, developer rules, account restrictions, and technical limits. TikTok is a separate service and does not sponsor or endorse Streamlists Studio. Other connected hosting or infrastructure services are likewise governed by their own terms. A platform may delay, reject, alter, remove, or restrict content or access independently of us.
6. OAuth access and revocation
Connected-platform permissions use OAuth or comparable authorisation. The operator may revoke TikTok OAuth access through TikTok account settings and may use the secure contact form to request removal of stored connection data. Revocation can stop future imports or publication and may require reconnecting the account to resume those functions.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use or attempt to use the Service to:
- publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorised content;
- circumvent platform controls, rate limits, review requirements, or access restrictions;
- introduce malicious code, probe security, scrape the Service, or access data not intended for you;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, or connect an account without permission; or
- resell, sublicense, or provide the private Service to another party.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided as an internal operational tool and may be changed, suspended, or unavailable for maintenance, security, platform changes, or other reasons. Scheduled times are operational intentions, not guarantees of publication at an exact time. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
9. Intellectual property
Except for operator content and third-party materials, the Service, its software, design, brand assets, documentation, and related intellectual property belong to TECHAV or its licensors. These terms provide permission to use the Service as authorised; they do not transfer ownership.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for decisions or outages of TikTok or other third-party platforms, or for content, settings, and instructions approved by the operator. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from use or unavailability of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately where needed to protect security, comply with law or platform requirements, address misuse, or discontinue the Service. On termination, connected permissions should be revoked and retained data will be handled under the Privacy Notice. Terms which by their nature should continue—including rights, responsibility, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability provisions—survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives an individual the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, platform, or legal changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published. Questions may be submitted through the secure contact form.
